Our Vision
The Sustainable Place is a UK certified social enterprise found in 2021 by a group of like-minded people who believe that a sustainable society can only be achieved through collaboration and determination.
Our vision is to convene a collaborative community of people who are passionate about social, economic and environmental change. We want to take the step in bringing together fellow members around their area of expertise to share learning, explore opportunities for collaboration and spark new thinking.
Our Community
The Sustainable Place is a place to build meaningful and enduring friendships. Our members come from very diverse backgrounds and are representatives of many industries and sectors, ranging from NGOs, financial services industry, legal profession, academics, art, fashion to journalism, healthcare and social enterprises etc.

Join Us
The Sustainable Place membership offers you a whole range of in-person and digital events, such as panel discussions and thematic dinner events, all centering around bringing systemic solutions to our six thematic focuses: 1) Climate Change, 2) Sustainable Community, 3) Education, 4) Racial and Gender Equity, 5) Economic Development, and 6) Cultures and Arts.
Our member pool and guest speakers include social workers, human right activists, environmentalists, journalists, professionals, engineers, entrepreneurs and investors etc across many industries and sectors. That means by being a member of the Sustainable Place community, you will have ample opportunities for meaningful networking with people who are willing to share learning of their areas of expertise, explore opportunities for collaboration and ignite innovate thinking.
